(1) There will be a technical committee as follows for selecting the project and recommending it to the committee:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Peace and Reconstruction - Chairman (b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (c) Joint Secretary, National Planning Commission – Member (d) ……………….

(f) Office of the Deputy Comptroller General, Office of the Comptroller General -Member
(C1) Officer working on gender program of the Ministry - Member (g) three persons nominated by the technical committee, representing at least one woman from among organizations related to human rights and women's development, civil society, community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations or related experts - Member
(h) Executive Director – Member – Secretary (2) While nominating the members as per clause (g) of sub-rule (1), the technical committee may nominate the members for a specified period as required.
